Our return policy requires that all returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee if paid shipping or minus 20% restocking fee for free shipping. Buyer is responsible for paying full return shipping. Filters and filter systems that ship with fittings, are not returnable if the fittings have been removed, as this will violate the product warranty.
