When to consider Reverse Osmosis
If the Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) content in the water is high enough to:
– Impart objectionable taste
– Prevent conventional forms of scale control from providing acceptable results
– Negatively impact the "recipe"
Reverse Osmosis should be considered when TDS levels in excess of 300 ppm are present
